Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. We offer paid training for this role. The BT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients with behavioral health needs. This role is essential in providing support and education to clients and their families, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and adherence to medical documentation protocols.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the BCBA.
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior changes.
- Assist in the development of care plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Educate clients and their families about behavioral strategies and techniques.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with organizational policies.
- Provide patient care with empathy, ensuring a supportive environment for clients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
