This hybrid position offers the best of both worldswith Mondays in the office for collaboration, Tuesday through Thursday out in the field working with clients, and Fridays remote to close out your week from home.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Interact with prospective clients to understand their benefit needs and provide them with comprehensive consultations.

Benefit Customization: Design personalized benefit plans tailored to the specific requirements and preferences of each client.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and ensure long-term retention.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and evolving client needs to propose optimal benefit solutions.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales goals by effectively presenting and selling benefit solutions to new and existing clients.

Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to coordinate and enhance service delivery.


Requirements

Licensing: Valid insurance agent license is highly desirable.

Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer Service: A commitment to providing excellent customer service and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.

Flexibility: Ability to balance in-person and remote work effectively, maintaining high productivity in both environments.

Interpersonal Skills: Capacity to build rapport with clients and gain their trust.

Technology: Proficient in using digital tools and systems for remote work, including CRM software.
