Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing support to clients and their families to enhance their quality of life.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop tailored behavior intervention plans.
  • Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques to support clients in achieving their goals.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists, educators, and family members, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to medical terminology standards.
  • Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other staff members on best practices in applied behavior analysis.
  • Advocate for clients’ needs within various settings, ensuring they receive appropriate resources and support.
  • Stay current with research in the field of behavior analysis to continually improve service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and behavioral therapy techniques.
  • Excellent patient assessment skills, with the ability to develop effective treatment plans based on individual needs.
  • Compassionate approach to patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards clients and their families.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $83,546.00 - $175,823.00 per year

Expected hours: 60 per week

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • After school
  • Monday to Friday
  • No nights
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to Commute:

Ability to Relocate:

  • Tampa, FL 33634: Relocate with an employer provided relocation package (Required)

Willingness to travel:
