Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing support to clients and their families to enhance their quality of life.
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop tailored behavior intervention plans.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques to support clients in achieving their goals.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists, educators, and family members, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to medical terminology standards.
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other staff members on best practices in applied behavior analysis.
- Advocate for clients’ needs within various settings, ensuring they receive appropriate resources and support.
- Stay current with research in the field of behavior analysis to continually improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and behavioral therapy techniques.
- Excellent patient assessment skills, with the ability to develop effective treatment plans based on individual needs.
- Compassionate approach to patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards clients and their families.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $83,546.00 - $175,823.00 per year
Expected hours: 60 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- After school
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- Weekends as needed
