Are you an experienced School Psychologist looking to make a lasting impact on students' lives? Soliant is partnering with schools nationwide to provide critical support for students with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). We are currently seeking a qualified School Psychologist for the 2025-2026 school year to join a dedicated and dynamic educational team near Rosenberg, Texas. Key Responsibilities of a School Psychologist:

As a School Psychologist with Soliant, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, emotional, and social development.

  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs.

  • Providing individual and group counseling for students struggling with emotional, behavioral, or social challenges.

  • Offering consultation and support to school staff on mental health, behavioral interventions, and crisis management strategies.

  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding educational practices and student welfare.

  • Supporting students academic and emotional growth, helping them overcome barriers to learning and social development.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this School Psychologist position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Masters or Doctoral Degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • Active state licensure as a School Psychologist (must meet all federal, state, and local certification and licensing requirements).

  • Previous experience as a School Psychologist is preferred, but new graduates with a strong academic background in school psychology are welcome to apply.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to work effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
