Mental Health Counselor


Share your passion, commitment, and clinical skills with a dynamic team! Our Clinicians provide mental health, behavioral, and/or substance use services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. We provide community based services both in the home and in our office, with the option for telehealth based on individual needs. This is day and after school hours.


  • Conduct client intake sessions




  • Provide crisis intervention




  • Collaborate with community resources




  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to present cases for proper treatment





Qualifications

  • Master Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology or related graduate degree, including LCSW.




  • Must have completed a full-time clinical internship in a mental health setting




  • Must be license eligible by State




  • A valid driver's license in good standing and a reliable vehicle is required




  • Exceptional communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quickly




  • A good listener with an ability to empathize while still providing guidance




  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills




  • A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach




  • A commitment to quality in everything you do




Starting at $60k/year for unlicensed Clinicians with a quarterly productivity bonus of $500-4,000. Licensed Clinicians at $65k/year licensed with a quarterly productivity bonus of $1,000-6,000.
