  • Good with numbers, thinks quick, great at mental math to see it's a deal or not
  • Able to recall pipeline deals efficiently, know details out of top of mind, and cognizant of next steps required
  • Knowing when to stop beating a dead horse when a lead has become disqualified
  • Has experience overcoming objections (doesnt accept no’s at face value)
  • Has experience teaching, tailoring, and taking control of the conversation

Compensation:

$60,000 - $100,000 per year

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

  • Spend 8 hours/day on the Smrt Phone with sellers (inbound + outbound)
  • Own your pipeline: follow-ups, nurture, track, close, and communicate
  • Build rapport fast—tone, pace, empathy, mirroring
  • Uncover real seller motivation, pain points, condition, pricing, and timeline
  • Control the call without sounding salesy—move the deal forward with subtlety
  • Work with the team to underwrite, negotiate, and get contracts signed
  • Stay plugged in after hours if a deal is live and moving
  • Speak up in team meetings—bring solutions, not just updates


What we expect

  • 2–4 signed contracts/month within 90 days
  • You know your metrics—contact rate, close %, pipeline value—and improve them
  • You’re the one calling back that 8pm follow-up who finally picked up
  • You ask for feedback before you’re given it
  • You care about the deals, the mission, and your reputation



Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred
  • +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired
  • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
  • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
  • 3+ year of experience in real estate, phone sales, or inside sales (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
  • Comfortable spending 8 hours/day on the phone with sellers
  • Confidence, empathy, and ability to build quick rapport
  • Coachable with a hunger to improve through feedback and training
  • Resilient under pressure—can handle rejection and bounce back fast
  • Tech-savvy enough to work inside a CRM, dialer, and Slack daily
  • Must be located in Maryland and able to work in-office full time
