Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) East Orange, New Jersey

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced BCBA to support a school district near the Montclair, New Jersey area. This position allows you to work with students across K-12 grade levels while collaborating with a team of educators and professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive FBAs and develop actionable Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide direct student support to improve behavioral and academic outcomes.
• Train and coach school staff in behavior management and ABA principles.
• Collaborate with parents and teachers to ensure consistency across settings.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Active New Jersey BCBA license/certificate
• School-based experience or similar pediatric experience preferred
