As a Behavior Technician, you will interact with children on the autism spectrum, in their own homes. You will be trained on using ABA (https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/therapy-types/applied-behavior-analysis) that can help enhance kids life by teaching them skills and behaviors that will help them grow.

This position is suitable for people who are in the field or interested in entering the field of caregiving, preschool teaching, teaching assistant, daycare, early childhood education, care for individuals with special needs, occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, behavior-based therapy, other psychology specialties and Practicum Students in ABA. No experience is required and we will provide paid hands-on training.
