What You’ll Do:
- Empower Clients: Provide exceptional therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate life’s challenges and achieve their personal goals.
- Innovate & Collaborate: Work with a dynamic team of therapists, sharing insights and strategies to continually enhance our services and outcomes.
- Grow & Thrive: Benefit from ongoing professional development opportunities, including specialized training.
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Therapist: Valid IL license required (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist). Must be willing to become certified as a PMH-C (clinic will support this effort).
- Education: Master’s degree or higher in social work, counseling, clinical psychology, or martial and family therapy.
- Experience & Expertise: Demonstrated experience in providing psychotherapy, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practices. Experience evaluating, diagnosing, and treating emotional disorders.
- Compassion & Empathy: A genuine desire to help others and a deep commitment to client-centered and strength based care.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.
- Technology Knowledge: Has knowledge and ability to use Google Suite and some experience working with a practice management software (ie. Simple Practice, Therapy Notes).
