Seasons in Malibu is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our veteran team of practitioners. Celebrating 17 years of service, Seasons has a national reputation for clinical excellence. Most of our clinicians have been with us for 5 to 10 years or more. We are seeking the right candidate to join our growing organization!

The ideal candidate would possess the following:

- Excellent documentation and conceptualization capabilities.
- Works well in a treatment team environment and can execute directives regarding client care.
- Recognizes family dynamics and the integration of collateral information.
- Has strong communication skills and the ability to quickly build client rapport.
- Understands short-term models for treatment and acute care interventions.
- Demonstrates ability to be pro-active, follows through with tasks, and is a strong critical thinker.
- Recognizes the environment and nature of our population.
- Can integrate trauma-informed interventions, additional certifications (such as EMDR) a plus.
- Easily recognizes client techniques for splitting and manipulation.
- Performs well under pressure and can de-escalate clients in crisis.
Candidates must be licensed for a minimum of 3 years and can offer a minimum of two references, and must be within a reasonable driving distance from Malibu.
Pay based upon experience and additional certifications.
