About Us:

Lifepath Center is a private group therapy practice located in Riverside, CA. We specialize in trauma-informed care for children, adolescents, and adults. Our mission is to provide compassionate and individualized therapy in a supportive and collaborative environment. We are currently looking for 1–2 passionate Associate Clinical Social Workers (ASWs) to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EHR system
• Participate in weekly clinical supervision provided by a licensed LCSW
• Attend team meetings or training as needed
• Maintain ethical and professional standards consistent with California BBS requirements
• Build and manage your own caseload with support from the Lifepath team

Qualifications:

• Must hold a current ASW registration in the state of California (required)
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Experience or interest in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, or life transitions
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently in a private practice setting
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule (some in-person sessions required).

Work Schedule:

Flexible; must commit to a minimum number of client sessions per week. Evening hours available.
