OPPORTUNITY: MARKETING MANAGER - LOS ANGELES, CA (REMOTE BUT MUST RESIDE IN THE GREATER LA REGION)

Job Summary:
The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for collaborating and executing marketing strategies and objectives that in turn create performance by increasing leads, traffic, and resident retention to the communities within assigned portfolio. They will partner with their internal Ops partners, internal marketing team, and regional leadership teams to create customized tactical plans for their assigned portfolio of sites. Using a digital marketing background, ILS’s, SEO, SEM and Yardi experience, this role serves as a dedicated support to the Director of Marketing of the respective portfolios. This position is a support role and is service oriented. Our goal is to provide excellent service to all customers, both internal and external, and in a timely manner. Although this role is a remote-based position, candidate must reside in the greater Los Angeles area to be able to conduct site visits and otherwise support their assigned portfolio of property sites.

 

Education and Experience:
Three to five years of related marketing knowledge and a bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university specializing in marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Other Qualifications:
• Prior marketing experience required, preferably with multi-family property management company.
• Advanced knowledge of Yardi Voyager and other Yardi modules including Yardi Rent Café.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Share Point.
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat.
• Knowledge of all file types and their uses.
• Experience in graphic design for fonts, color and balance.

 

Salary is $85,000-$93,000/year (non-exempt).  We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a 401(K) match, rental incentive and renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts depending on location. Regular full-time employees who work between 30-40 hours a week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, other voluntary benefits and vacation accrual. Sick time accrual is provided in accordance with law.
