Are you a friendly, caring and reliable team player? We are a fast paced pediatric dental office looking for a patient care coordinator to join our dental team. If you have experience in dental, medical or customer service with the ability to learn quickly, then you are a great candidate for this position. The right candidate will ensure an efficient, smooth and pleasant experience for patients by providing excellent customer service. You should be well organized with great attention to detail and self motivated.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and parents to our office
• Patient registration
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Answer phone calls and return voicemails
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Verify insurance benefits
• New patient intake
• Check patients in/out
• Collect payments
• Maintain accurate patient records

Skills:

• Ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Good computer skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
• High school diploma
• Experience with Eaglesoft software is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
