Norton Sound Health Corporation Full Time Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Employed Call Schedule: After Hours/Weekends Sign-On Bonus: $40000 Benefits: - 100% Employer Paid Medical- Opportunity for Loan repayment through the HRSA loan repayment program Additional Info: In this role you will:- Provide clinical mental health and/or substance abuse assessments and write treatment plans under the supervision of a Clinician II.- Assess the client's condition and needs, set outcomes, and implement appropriate actions to meet the client/family's physical, emotional, spiritual, social, intellectual, and safety needs and evaluate client's progress- Provide and document comprehensive and individual assessments identifying client needs with appropriate interventions to achieve desired outcomes and gather data to demonstrate the utilization of the clinical process to promote positive outcomesQualifications: - Master's degree in Social Work or related counseling field- 1 year of experience working in a clinical setting in the behavioral health field- Must be eligible for LCSW, LPC, LMFT or equivalent state license in Alaska within two years of hire
