Job Title: Experienced Patient Care Coordinator – Facial Plastic Surgery

Location: Rancho Santa Margarita/Mission Viejo, Ca

We are seeking a qualified and highly motivated Patient Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team at a premier facial plastic surgery practice. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care while ensuring a smooth, positive experience throughout their journey with us. You must live within 15 miles to the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through consultations, treatments, and follow-up care.
• Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and pre- and post-operative instructions.
• Assist in educating patients about procedures, expected outcomes, and post-care instructions.
• Collaborate with surgeons, medical staff, and office team to ensure efficient and effective care.
• Handle patient inquiries, manage expectations, and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Promote and upsell services when appropriate to meet practice goals.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold all regulatory compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Patient Care Coordinator or in a similar healthcare role.
• Previous experience in a plastic surgery or aesthetic practice is highly preferred.
• Strong sales experience is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to multitask
• High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
