Your Role as an RBT at Brightside:
Implement Behavior Analysis Support Plans (BASP) with precision and enthusiasm.
Collect data during sessions and share insights to adjust programs for optimal outcomes.
Collaborate with our dedicated BCBA team to support and nurture client progress.
Attend ongoing training and supervision meetings designed just for you.
Help create meaningful materials for clients that empower their growth.
Uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality.
What You Need to Succeed:
Requirements for RBT Position:
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months as an RBT and over a year working in ABA therapy.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- RBT Certification: Completion of a 40-hour RBT training course and active certification with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Skills: Strong communication skills, unwavering patience, and a dedication to following individualized behavior plans.
- Availability: Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed to support client schedules.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to reach client homes or Brightside centers.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check.
