Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with individuals who have developmental disabilities and assist in implementing behavior intervention plans.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
- Provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals
- Collect data on targeted behaviors
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency in implementation
- Assist in the development of individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Qualifications
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques
- Ability to work with people with developmental disabilities in a compassionate and professional manner
Job Type: Full-time
