ABOUT THE COMPANY
Rose Junie Therapy is a purposefully diverse group practice located in Long Beach, CA. The practice believes in the power of community, culturally sensitive therapy, and collective healing practices to guide clients on their path to wellness. We proudly serve the BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) communities across Los Angeles and virtually throughout California. Our practice supports children, individuals, couples, and families, ensuring that mental health services are accessible to a diverse range of clients while maintaining a safe, empowering space for healing.
We have an opening for an associate clinician (AMFT, ASW, APCC) to join our group practice (full-time) at our Long Beach office. We will provide you with quality supervision (4+ hours weekly), clients, HIPAA-compliant tele-therapy platform, a private and fully furnished therapy offices, and complete all scheduling and collecting of fees.
Associates primary responsibility is to participate in supportive reflective supervision, gain clinical training (Gottman Level 1, Level 2, ART/EMDR) and clinical experience working with all ages. All networking, marketing and obtaining clients will be handled by the CEO.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
To provide culturally centered, evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, children and families.
The ideal candidate is open to the following:
- Participating in collaborative, reflective supervision and professional development training (Gottman Level 1, Level 2, ART/EMDR)
- Contributing to a supportive environment that values authenticity and emotional growth
- Embraces our values of inclusivity, cultural humility, empathy, community care, person-centered service, and is motivated and highly ethical
- Has effectively manages feelings of self-doubt or continues to work through them
- Receiving 30+ clients within 60 days of employment
- Participating in 4+ supervision hours per week in addition to group consultation weekly
- Provide individual, couples, marital/family psychotherapy; candidates must be open to working with children.
QUALIFICATIONS
- MS, MA, or MFT with a current associate number from CA BBS
- Comfortable with assertive, direct communication and managing a caseload of 30+ clients within 60 days
- Available for 4+ supervision hours weekly in addition to peer consultation and team meetings
- Commitment to inclusivity, cultural awareness, and a person-centered approach
- Spanish-speaking skills are highly desirable
- Willingness to work with clients of all ages, including children
COMPENSATION- PAY STRUCTURE
- Clinical rate: $35-75/hr (with increases based on client retention and caseload)
- Administrative rate: $17/hr for non-clinical tasks
- Monthly bonuses, incentives, and training stipends available after six months

SCHEDULE
- Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Thursday at our Naples Office
- One day in Echo Park

Pay: $35.00 - $75.00 per hour
