Position Overview:
Rogue ABA is looking for compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in the Austin metro area. As an RBT with Rogue ABA, you will provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy using a play-based approach in a trauma-free environment, ensuring therapy is both effective and enjoyable for our clients. Your role will involve traveling to clients' homes throughout the Austin metro area to teach communication and social skills to children aged 2-17. You will work with up to three children per day and enjoy a consistent Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Provide services in the client's home and community settings.
- Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage desired behaviors.
- Maintain detailed session notes and data on client progress.
- Collaborate with families and other team members to support client goals.
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Clean background
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain RBT credential within 30 days of job offer or already hold active RBT certification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Schedule:
- Full-time and part-time positions are available.
- Work hours: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 12:30 PM - 3:30 PM, and 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM (half hour in between sessions to transition to the next client) Monday through Friday
- 30 hours per week is considered full-time.
Benefits:
