Founded by Dr. Molly Davis, MD, and Eliza Brink, DNP, Clear Path Psychiatry combines over 30 years of psychiatric expertise with a forward-thinking approach. We focus on creating personalized treatment plans for conditions such as depression, anxiety, and OCD, utilizing the latest advancements in psychiatric medicine.

Current Treatments:

Our treatments focus on delivering Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato (intranasal esketamine). Additionally, we are conducting a TMS clinical trial at our Ravenna office, with plans to expand into additional psychedelics as they become available including MDMA and Psilocybin.

Responsibilities:

• In-person role working at our Fremont and Ravenna clinic (Seattle based).
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.
• Administer and oversee treatments such as TMS and Spravato.
• Educate patients and families on interventional psychiatry treatment options and alternatives.
• Provide brief psychotherapeutic interventions alongside evaluation and management services.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of clinical encounters using an EHR/EMR platform.
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Accurate coding of encounters using CPT and diagnosis code(s).

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of psychiatric nurse practitioner experience in outpatient or inpatient settings.
• Valid and current, unrestricted Washington NP license without any disciplinary actions.
• Master’s degree (or higher) from an accredited institution.
• Valid Washington DEA registration.
• ANCC PMHNP Board Certification.
• Ability to practice autonomously.
• Experience with adult patients.
• Proficiency with EHR systems.
• Experience with telehealth and a high comfort level working with technology.

Compensation/Benefits:

• Competitive salary range of $130,000 - $160,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Four weeks of PTO.
