Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our patients have a seamless, exceptional experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the Face of Our Practice: Greet patients with warmth and professionalism, making them feel right at home.
• Master of Multi-tasking: Juggle phone calls, greet guests, schedule appointments, and handle payments with finesse.
• Insurance Guru: Navigate insurance processing and treatment plan presentations like a pro.
• Patient Relationship Builder: Build strong relationships and present treatment options in a way that resonates with our patients.

What We’re Looking For:

• Punctual & Organized: You’re always on time and ready to tackle tasks with a smile.

• Communicative & Passionate: Your excellent communication skills and passion for providing outstanding patient care set you apart.
• Dental Experience: Previous dental office experience is a plus (1 year required, Dentrix experience preferred).

• Monday to Friday with weekends as needed

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• 1 year of dental office experience (Required)
• 1 year of Dentrix experience (Preferred)
