Clinician- Jail Diversion – Full-time position

Location: Dayville, CT- Located at 1007 North Main St Dayville, CT

Clinician- Jail Diversion

United Services is seeking a Clinician to support our Jail Diversion Team. Duties of this position include completing clinical assessments, diagnosis, providing treatment recommendations and an ability to monitor and report compliance. Applicants must be able to work independently, be highly organized and good communication skills. Knowledge of the judicial system is a plus, but not required. Applicants must be able to provide services and conduct daily business and interactions with clients, court personnel, staff and other community providers with positive and professional customer relations and with adherence to professional ethics. This position requires some driving and transporting clients and involves daily time spent in a court setting. Interested applicants must enjoy making a difference, believe in a person’s ability to overcome amazing challenges, must be willing to learn and must be flexible, compassionate and a team player.

Clinician- Jail Diversion Minimum Requirements:
MSW (CT-LMSW required), MFT (CT-MFT-A required), Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology or Master’s Degree in a related clinical field required (CT-LPC-A required). Clinical experience with clients with substance use and co-occurring diagnosis preferred.

Clinician- Jail Diversion Salary Range:

  • Non-LCSW, $55,370 - $67,093-
  • Non-LCSW, Bilingual Clinicians- Spanish/English Fluency $61,118 - $72,650
  • LCSW, LPC, LMFT LADC Clinicians $65,166 - $77,462
  • LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC Bilingual Spanish/English Fluency $71,932 - $85,504
