We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and experience working in a school setting. This role is located near Windham, CT and will be full time for theschool year.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and monitor individualized behavior plans.
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
Train and support teachers and staff.
Collaborate with families and school personnel.
Qualifications:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification/ licensure in DE State.
Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
School-based experience preferred.
Strong ABA knowledge and data analysis skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
