Job Description: Sapphire Counseling is looking for a licensed clinician to provide outpatient counseling sessions, in-person and/or virtually, for clients of our outpatient agency. You will have the flexibility to set your own schedule and work from the comfort of your own home. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing counseling services, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others overcome challenges.

Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients using SimplePractice.
Provide compassionate and evidence-based therapy to address a variety of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans and goals.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress notes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client appointment schedules through SimplePractice.
Adhere to all ethical and legal standards governing mental health counseling and client confidentiality.

Requirements:

Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
Licensed as a mental health counselor, therapist, or psychologist in Virginia (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCP, etc.).
Minimum of 1 year of experience providing counseling services, preferably in an outpatient setting.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients remotely.
Comfortable using telehealth technology and platforms for virtual sessions.
Reliable internet connection and a private, quiet space to conduct sessions.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Current credentialing with insurances is preferred.
