Provide management and clinical services as an SUDP to clients in the Passages Substance Disorder program. Complete the ASAM assessment, provide individual and group therapy, and coordinate services with other team members as applicable. Document in the electronic health record, make referrals as necessary, and develop treatment modalities to fit the client's needs.
