With an emphasis on supporting individuals experiencing substance use disorders, provide case management, individual needs assessments, and assist with facilitating groups via outpatient sessions. Work with multiple behavioral health providers to assist clients with follow-up community support services. Collaborate with local healthcare organizations to plan or coordinate treatment plans. Work with other APIA programs to coordinate prevention activities in communities and with schools. Assist with day-to-day operations of the Behavioral Health Program. Be responsible for data collection and input into electronic health databases.
