Telehealth Mental Health Counselor – LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC

Salary: $100,000–$110,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality mental health care virtually to clients across Minnesota. As a licensed counselor, you’ll support individuals through life challenges, offering consistent care in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

Conduct secure teletherapy sessions.
Create and monitor client care plans.
Document sessions and ensure compliance with state guidelines.
Work collaboratively with colleagues for coordinated care.

Active Minnesota license: LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
2+ years of experience in clinical counseling.
Tech-savvy and comfortable in a remote role.
