About the Role
Evergreen Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide evidence-based therapy to adults and families. This position offers a hybrid schedule with both in-office and telehealth appointments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy
- Maintain timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Participate in case consultation meetings
Qualifications
- Active LCSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Experience with CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care
- Strong communication and documentation skills
