Eliot Community Human Services is seeking a dedicated and clinically driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Coordinator to provide oversight, behavioral support, and clinical leadership within youth and family-focused programming. This role is responsible for developing individualized behavior interventions, supervising ABA programming, supporting staff development, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes for children and adolescents.
The ideal candidate is passionate about behavioral health, possesses extensive expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and is dedicated to delivering trauma-informed, evidence-based care. We are seeking a professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and demonstrates exceptional organizational, communication, and clinical documentation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior support and treatment plans.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Functional Analyses (FA) as needed.
- Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and ongoing support to ABA staff and Direct Support Professionals.
- Utilize evidence-based ABA methodologies including Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET).
- Monitor behavioral progress through data collection, analysis, and treatment modifications.
- Collaborate with families, schools, providers, and support teams to ensure continuity of care and positive behavioral outcomes.
- Facilitate caregiver and staff training related to behavior management and intervention strategies.
- Complete documentation including assessments, treatment updates, session notes, and progress reports within required timelines.
- Ensure compliance with all organizational, licensing, and documentation standards.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field required.
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB required.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavioral intervention strategies, and developmental disorders.
- Experience with DTT, NET, behavioral assessments, and behavior management techniques preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Schedule: Varies ( 8 hours per week)
