Role Summary
We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to provide high-quality psychiatric care in a supportive and structured inpatient environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical and mental health status
• Administer and monitor psychiatric medications and treatments
• Implement therapeutic techniques including crisis intervention and 1:1 support
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute care plans
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and recovery
• Ensure safety and accurate documentation in all aspects of patient care
Required Qualifications
• Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of North Carolina
• Ability to work every other weekend as part of a 12-hour shift rotation
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in a psychiatric or behavioral health setting
