The Awesome Things You’ll Do
- The position is primarily responsible for conducting marketing presentations to community Mental Health organizations to secure new referrals for Behavioral Health Service programs
- Build and maintain partnerships with Mental health Community Base Organizations (i.e. hospitals, supportive housing programs, shelters, case management agencies, and other community partners)
- Leverage established local partnerships to build/expand referral pipelines
- Determine eligibility for services and direct referrals to the appropriate program within the BHS portfolio
- Respond to all inquiry regarding Mental Health services at Goodwill programs
- Collaborate with intake staff to ensure timely scheduling of initial intake appointments and necessary follow-ups aligned with client service needs.
- Design and standardize intake protocols to facilitate rapid access to care
- Provide oversight of intake operations to ensure timely, consistent, and effective execution of established protocols.
- Communicate with participants, referral sources, and internal teams to provide & gather updates on intake status and/or address inquiries related to enrollment
- Work with SVP to create quarterly marketing goals, implement strategic plans with a focus on expanding community awareness of Behavioral Health Services within Goodwill Missions
- Drive program promotions to grow BH community impact
- Create and execute a strong content and social media campaign, including an editorial calendar, social channels, and advertising to expand awareness of Goodwill Mental Health services
- Hosting interactive community events and utilize targeted digital outreach to grow mission census
- Identify and strengthen Clubhouses involvement in neighborhood initiatives

Our Must Haves
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years prior experience in community outreach, client intake, customer relations, or a related field required
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- This role involves strong communication skills, detailed record-keeping, and coordination with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth patient experience
- Skilled at working both strategically (setting big picture goals, building relationships, using data and program trends to present strong ideas for targeted outreach
- Ability to build partnerships
- Strong problem-solving skills
