Residential Habilitation Professional (QIDP)

Organization: Tomorrow’s Hope Satellite Services
Schedule: Full-time

As a Residential Habilitation Professional (QIDP), you won’t just have a job—you’ll have a purpose. You’ll be the go-to expert who empowers individuals with developmental disabilities to grow their independence and confidence, while also mentoring a team that makes it all happen.

What You’ll Do (AKA Your Superpowers)

 Assess & Plan: Get to know each resident and develop personalized programs that support their goals and independence

Track Progress: Review data, adjust plans, and celebrate wins (big and small!)

 Train & Inspire: Coach and support direct care staff so they feel confident delivering top-notch care

Be Present: Conduct monthly home visits to check in on programs, staff performance, and resident satisfaction

Collaborate: Work closely with families, service coordinators, and team members to ensure the best outcomes

Quality Champion: Participate in quality assurance efforts and ensure programs meet the highest standards

 Lead with Impact: Facilitate staff meetings, support performance evaluations, and guide teams to success

Problem-Solve in Real Time: Step in when challenges arise and provide guidance, training, and solutions

Requirements:

 

What You Bring

  •  Bachelor’s degree in a human services field
  • At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Ability to qualify as a QIDP (we can help guide you if needed!)
  • Experience creating and implementing behavior or skill-building programs
  •  CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  •  A genuine passion for helping others succeed





Compensation details: 50000-70000 Yearly Salary
