We are seeking a licensed LCSW Supervisor for a part-time contract role supporting two associate social workers for a private practice in San Jose, CA. This is a flexible opportunity ideal for an experienced clinician who enjoys providing supervision, clinical guidance, and documentation oversight.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual supervision to two associate social workers
• Offer clinical guidance, feedback, and support related to client care
• Review and sign off on clinical documentation and progress notes
• Ensure documentation meets professional, ethical, and compliance standards
• Maintain consistent communication with supervisees and leadership as needed

Time Commitment

• Approximately 2 hours per week of individual supervision
• Up to 6–8 hours per week of administrative/documentation review
• Part-time contract position
• Monthly stipend provided

Requirements

• Active LCSW license in California
• Qualified to provide clinical supervision to associate social workers
• Prior supervision experience preferred
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation and compliance standards
• Reliable, responsive, and comfortable working independently
