Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)– ABA Therapist (PT or FT)

Elevated Behavioral Therapy Services (EBTS) is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)to join our growing team in the San Fernando Valley and Glendale area (Glendale, Burbank, North Hollywood, Granada Hills, Pacoima, Sylmar, San Fernando Valley).

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collect and record data using a company-issued iPad
• Create engaging learning materials and visuals
• Communicate with BCBA supervisors and parents to support client progress

Requirements

• High school diploma or higher
• Love working with children and families
• Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance
• Available at least 15 hours per week
• Clear background check & TB clearance

Preferred

• RBT certification
• Experience in ABA, childcare or teaching
• Bilingual a plus
