A consistent schedule. A team that shows up for each other. A role where your work actually matters.
We’re hiring a Patient Care Coordinator at Jeffrey Kwong Orthodontics in El Dorado Hills. This is a front desk position; you won’t be chairside working on the patient, you'll will be the first face patients see, the voice that answers the phone, and the person who keeps our day moving with precision.

- Respond to patient emails and texts to keep the day organized
- Verify insurance, process basic payments, and manage front desk flow
- Support internal marketing, patient contests, and team initiatives
- Collaborate daily with a close-knit clinical team that moves fast and communicates well
What We Offer
- Medical stipend, retirement plan, paid holidays, PTO, and sick pay
- Orthodontic treatment for you and your family

Who Thrives Here
You have at least two years of administrative experience in a dental, medical, or professional office. You’re comfortable on the phone; not just answering it, but genuinely connecting with people. You type at least 40 WPM, pick up software quickly, and don’t need someone looking over your shoulder to stay productive.
We’re a team of professionals who genuinely enjoy working together, but we’re here first and foremost to take care of our patients. If you do your best work in an environment where relationships are built through shared excellence and mutual respect, you’ll feel right at home.
Orthodontic or dental experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right person. Coachability and a great attitude are non-negotiable.
This role may not be the right fit if: You prefer a slower pace, need frequent redirection to stay on task, or do your best work in a low-accountability environment. We’re a tight team and we protect that culture intentionally.
