Taylored Care of California™ — the Home Care Organization (HCO) division of Taylored Care® — is seeking a professional, organized, and dependable bilingual Office & Client Intake Coordinator to support daily office operations and client intake activities for our non-medical home care services.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping create a welcoming and professional office environment. The role combines front-office administrative support with light client intake coordination and electronic documentation support through WellSky.
The selected candidate will assist with answering calls, greeting clients and families, maintaining office organization, supporting intake-related tasks, and entering client and caregiver information into company systems. This role works closely with operations while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and strong communication throughout the day.
This is an in-person position in a private office setting and may involve working independently during portions of the workday.
Schedule
Monday–Friday
9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
30-minute unpaid meal break
27.5 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Professionally answer incoming office calls and assist clients, families, and visitors
- Greet walk-in clients and scheduled appointments
- Support new client intake and onboarding processes
- Enter and maintain client and caregiver information in WellSky
- Organize, file, scan, and maintain office documentation
- Support daily administrative and front-office operations
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Communicate internally with operations and staffing departments regarding intake and documentation updates
This position does not perform caregiver scheduling or staffing assignments.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish REQUIRED
- Previous office, administrative, intake, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working independently in an office environment
- Strong computer literacy required, including the ability to confidently navigate iMac/computer systems, web-based platforms, email, document management, and data entry systems
- Comfortable learning and using WellSky and other company software platforms
- Accurate typing and basic administrative technology skills required
- Professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
