In this role, you will work closely with clients, families, and supervisors to implement personalized behavioral interventions rooted in applied behavior analysis (ABA), Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI). Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans based on behavioral therapy principles and ABA techniques to support children with autism
- Collect and record behavioral data of clients to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments
- Collaborate with supervisors, coworkers, educators, and families to ensure consistency in care and maximize therapeutic outcomes
- Ensure safety and engagement of clients during the sessions
- Assist with assessments, intake procedures, and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs and develop appropriate intervention strategies
- Participate in ongoing training related to behavioral health, special education, and diagnostic evaluation techniques
Requirements & Qualifications
- State Licensing: Must hold an active Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) license through the Washington State Department of Health
- Fluency in English is required; bilingual in Chinese is a plus
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy methods, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and data collection techniques is preferred
- Availability from 3-6 PM during working days.
- Working experience in a client's home setting is highly preferred
- Prior experience working with children or individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is highly preferred
- Experience working within special education or behavioral health settings is advantageous
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and families
- Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude toward patient care and behavioral health support

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
