Program Supervisor (ABA) — Up to $42/hr | Flexible Schedule | Path to BCBA

Location: North Bay / Solano County (multiple cities)

Job Type: W2 (full‐time or part‐time)

Pay: $37 to $42/hr based on experience

We're hiring a Program Supervisor for a new region where cases come with more authorized hours per client. That means fewer clients on your plate and real time to develop your clinical skills under strong BCBA mentorship.

What you'll be doing

• Running ABA sessions and overseeing client programs under BCBA supervision
• Supervising and supporting RBTs in the field
• Conducting skill assessments and helping write treatment plans
• Parent training and family support
• Mix of in‐home, community, and telehealth sessions across Marin and Solano counties

The region

We cover cases in Larkspur, San Rafael, Novato, Vallejo, Fairfield, and Vacaville. Early on you'd take cases across these cities as they come in. As we grow the team, we'll split this into smaller regions and you'll have first pick of where you want to land.

What we're looking for

• One of the following (required):

— Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field plus 2+ years of hands‐on ABA experience, OR

— Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field plus 1 year of ABA coursework experience

• Prior experience as an RBT, Behavior Technician, or in an ABA supervisory role
• Experience with payers like Catalight (Kaiser), Partnership HealthPlan of California, and direct Medi‐Cal preferred
• Spanish speaking is a strong plus (many families in this region speak Spanish at home)
• Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable covering a wider region in the short term
