LA Fitness is looking for an energetic, motivated, and outgoing Membership Sales Counselor to join our team. This is a fun, fast-paced sales role for someone who loves meeting new people, helping others reach their fitness goals, and working in a positive, team-focused environment.

As a Membership Sales Counselor, you will be the first point of contact for potential new members. Your job is to create a welcoming experience, learn what each guest is looking for, and show them how LA Fitness can help them improve their health, confidence, and lifestyle.

What You’ll Do:

Greet guests and create a friendly, exciting first impression

Give club tours and explain membership options

Connect with potential members through phone calls, texts, referrals, and walk-ins

Build relationships with guests and current members

Help people take the first step toward their fitness goals

Meet and exceed sales goals in a supportive team environment

Represent LA Fitness with professionalism, energy, and confidence

What We’re Looking For:

A positive attitude and strong people skills

Sales experience is a plus, but not required

Someone who is confident, friendly, and goal-driven

Strong communication skills

Ability to stay motivated in a fast-paced environment

Interest in fitness, health, or helping others improve their lifestyle
