Position Summary

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at NYC Family Recovery, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to clients. You will work directly with individuals and families, offering support, guidance, and therapeutic services to help them overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to client needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and case notes.
• Collaborate with other professionals and community resources to ensure holistic care.
• Stay informed on best practices and advancements in clinical social work.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Active LCSW license with the New York State Department of Education.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical social work.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Dedication to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in all aspects of work.
