Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our behavioral health/family coaching team. Ideal candidate would be fully licensed, with several years of clinical experience. Job consists of working with families both in the home and remotely as a family systems expert who can also provide needed clinical interventions. Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clinical teams and school based ERMHS or IEP teams to deliver effective and individualized plans moving forward.
- Provide individual, group, family, and crisis intervention therapy using modalities including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) psychodynamic therapy, behavioral therapy, etc.
- Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with patient needs and goals while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Engage in case management activities including intake procedures, treatment planning, progress monitoring,
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for patients with complex needs such as autism spectrum disorder, anxiety and depression, ADHD, attachment and defiance related issues, and other mental or behavioral challenges.
- Offer specialized services such as addiction counseling, working with individuals with disabilities or autism, special education support, and geriatrics care.
- Offer family based parent coaching, counseling, and guidance.
- Case coordinate with other clinical, social, or educational professionals.
- Support community outreach efforts by providing home visits or community-based care when necessary.
- Spanish Speaking (bi-lingual) a plus
Requirements
- Valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent therapist credential.
- Proven experience in evidence based, psychotherapy modalities like DBT, CBT, EMDR, etc.
- Strong background in working with adolescents and/or family counseling, developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), PTSD care, addiction counseling, parent coaching, and mental health counseling.
- Ability to pass a California Department of Justice background check. California Education Code § 45125.1
- TB (tuberculous) testing according to California Education Code § 49406.
- Experience working in hospital settings or home & community care environments preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
- Excellent communication skills for intake interviews, patient education, group therapy facilitation, and crisis management.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development through on going training

Pay: $100.00 - $125.00 per hour
