What You'll Do Administrative Support - Partner with the Health & Wellness Director to manage scheduling, staffing coordination, and supply tracking.Compliance & Records - Maintain accurate medical records, monitor staff licensing and training renewals, and ensure documentation meets standards.Resident Care Coordination - Assist with new resident admissions, establish medical record files, and support orientation.Team Support - Help onboard new staff members, schedule orientations, and support schedule management.Regulatory Reporting - Prepare and file incident reports while ensuring compliance with RCFE regulations. What You Bring Experience - Minimum of 1 year in an administrative assistant role within a physician's office or similar clinical setting.Skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational ability, and familiarity with medical terminology.Communication - Clear and professional English skills, both verbal and written.Initiative - A motivated self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
