Ability to float to other UCSF Facilities. This position will be responsible for coordination of care for patients who have heart transplants: Immunosuppression monitoring Prophylactic Antibiotic Management Monitoring for organ rejection Monitoring for infection All other routine and typical patient monitoring Preferred: Exp in the management of other organ transplant recipients.
