We are seeking a highly polished, detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator who understands both luxury hospitality and sales.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and naturally elevates every interaction into a memorable experience while having a niche for sales.

- On-site | Lower Pacific Heights, San Francisco
- Candidate must be available to work any shift to support business needs including weekday, weekend and evening shifts — to include opening and closing shifts
- Hourly base + commission on sales
This Role is for You If You:
- Have prior experience in aesthetics, wellness, hospitality, or a patient-facing setting
- Thrive at the front desk — welcoming patients, keeping schedules organized, and making every interaction feel elevated
- Have proven success with high-ticket consultative sales and relationship building
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments and can maintain a polished, elevated patient experience under pressure
- Are detail-oriented, polished, and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease
- Enjoy sales opportunities (skincare, memberships, treatment packages) and are motivated by commission
- Are comfortable learning and navigating platforms like Boulevard (or similar EMRs)
- Have an eye for aesthetics and can support in-clinic content capture for social media
Key Responsibilities
- Provide concierge-level service at the front desk: greeting, check-in/check-out, confirmations, follow-ups, outreach
- Coordinate patient schedules to ensure smooth clinic flow
- Support front-desk sales of products, treatments, packages, and memberships
- Maintain day-to-day readiness of the office: opening/closing, supplies, cleanliness, presentation
- Assist with inventory tracking for retail and clinical products
- Collaborate with team members and virtual assistants for seamless patient support
- Contribute to building and refining patient care and front office SOPs
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in aesthetics, wellness, hospitality, or patient care (required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Sales experience required (skincare, retail, or memberships)
- Reliable flexibility and professionalism
- Weekend and evening availability required
- Energetic, polished, and passionate about people and aesthetics
- Consistently demonstrates good judgement, strong character and personality, ethics, and high standards of performance

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
