Clinical Therapist [LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, ASW,APPC, AMFT]

Welcome to Nspiring Change, where we hope to nspire change in the lives of clients. Our group is looking to hire a passionate therapists to be a part of our team. We take care of all the overhead and logistical aspects of the business so you are able to do what you love to do as a therapist; provide therapy to clients, write notes, and go home! Let our experienced staff handle all the other business related aspects so you can regain your balance of life without the stress.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, compassionate and ethical therapy to clients
• Complete clinical documentation
• Maintain required client contact
• Maintain good standing with the appropriate professional board entities
• Complete and maintain all required continuing education requirements for specific licensure and specializations
• Stay current with updated research and best practices
• Maintain up to date case files within electronic health record (EHR) system

Requirements

• Must be on 1st associate number with the BBS **Associates on their 2nd registered BBS number are not eligible**
• Working knowledge of family systems and their impact on mental health within the family
• Working knowledge of attachment styles and clinical presentation across the lifespan
• Skill in applying varied interventions with individuals/families
• Skill in working with a variety of cultures
• Skill in working independently and implementing time management strategies
• Ability to provide necessary self-care and demonstrate appropriate professional boundaries and behavior
• Must be comfortable making clinical judgements and treatment decisions
• Must be able to work in an autonomous work environment
• Must be available to work in person/evening hours
• Must be willing to work with clients of all ages [children, adolescents, adults, elder]

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
