Service Coordinator

Hue & Cry, Inc. is currently seeking a full time Service Coordinator.

Job Description/Details:

As a service coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling security system, fire alarm, fire sprinkler, and life safety service/inspection appointments as well as assisting in fire life safety compliance. To accomplish this, you must be well organized, pay attention to detail, document, create work orders, take incoming and make out-going calls to customers, send confirmation emails, ensure proper follow through and communicate with the technicians, as well as your co-workers.

Required Skills:

Having experience in the fire or security industry is a plus, but not a requirement. We are looking for the right personality. Someone who can meet challenges head on and enjoys it. Someone who wants to be part of a team and build relationships with our customers and our vendors. Physical Requirements:

Must pass FBI and DOJ background check

This position’s hours will be from 8am to 4:30pm with a 30-minute lunch.
