We are looking for a friendly, polished, proactive, and dependable Patient Care Coordinator / Front Desk Sales Coordinator who enjoys working with people, communicates with confidence, and takes pride in providing excellent service every day.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong customer service and sales background who is comfortable building trust, explaining value, discussing financial options, and helping patients and families move forward with treatment.

Experience in orthodontics, dentistry, or healthcare is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.

Candidates with experience in jewelry sales, luxury retail, hospitality, med spas, Massage Envy, wellness centers, membership sales, beauty services, or other client-focused sales environments may be an excellent fit.

What You’ll Do

• Create a warm, professional first impression for every patient and parent
• Welcome patients and manage check-in, check-out, and daily front desk flow
• Answer phones with confidence, professionalism, and excellent communication
• Schedule and confirm appointments while keeping the schedule organized and efficient
• Help patients understand treatment options, fees, financing, and the value of starting care
• Assist with treatment presentation, payment collection, and financial discussions
• Verify insurance and complete front-office responsibilities accurately and efficiently
• Follow up with patients who are interested in treatment or need additional support
• Help with patient reactivation, referrals, and marketing-related follow-up
• Maintain accurate documentation, organization, and attention to detail
• Follow office systems, complete tasks on time, and support the team with consistency and accountability
• Work closely with the doctor and clinical team to help create an excellent patient experience

What We’re Looking For

• Previous customer service experience required
• Previous sales experience required
• Experience in jewelry sales, luxury retail, wellness centers, med spas, Massage Envy, hospitality, membership sales, beauty services, or similar customer-facing sales roles is a strong plus
• Dental, orthodontic, or medical front desk experience is helpful, but not required
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Strong communication skills in person and over the phone
• Professional, confident, personable, and polished
• Comfortable discussing value, fees, payment options, and next steps with patients
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to follow up consistently
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment
• Dependable, punctual, and consistent
• Coachable and able to follow direction well
• Quick learner with strong comprehension and attention to detail
• Positive team player with a strong work ethic
• Motivated to grow into greater responsibilities over time
