BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) LBA

Harrison Bridge ABA is hiring our Founding BCBAs.

We're a new pediatric ABA agency serving families across North Carolina. Services are delivered in the home, school, community, and daycare settings — wherever the child learns best.

This is a senior role. You'll lead clinical operations from day one, shape how we deliver care, and build the foundation alongside the founder.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

- Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing case management

- Deliver direct services as caseload requires

- Partner directly with families on outcomes and parent training

- Help shape clinical standards, documentation, and workflow as we scale

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- BCBA certification in good standing

- LBA license in North Carolina (or eligible to obtain)

- 3+ years post-certification experience preferred

- Charlotte-based or willing to commute

- Operational maturity — thrives in a build-phase environment

- Strong communication with families, RBTs, and leadership

- Clinical Director pathway available for the right operator

COMPENSATION

$90-$105 per hour, hourly, flexible scheduling, part-time to full-time. Compensation reflects experience and licensure status.
