Job Overview
B.M.Wemple Pools is hiring a knowledgeable Technical Service Coordinator to support our service department from the office. This role is ideal for someone who understands pool equipment, can communicate clearly with customers over the phone, and can help schedule service calls, support warranty claims, and coordinate with field technicians.
B.M.Wemple Pools has served Central Florida since 1987 as a family-owned pool service, repair, warranty, and maintenance company. As the sister company to Atlas Pools, we help customers long after the original pool installation by supporting equipment, service, warranty, and maintenance needs.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers over the phone about pool equipment and technical service issues.
- Ask the right diagnostic questions before scheduling a service call.
- Schedule service and repair calls for customers.
- Coordinate with field technicians, managers, and manufacturers.
- Handle warranty claims and communicate with customers through the warranty process.
- Help customers understand equipment, automation, heaters, salt systems, and service recommendations.
- Maintain excellent customer communication from first call through completion.
Preferred Experience
- Pool equipment, automation, or service department knowledge.
- Pentair, Hayward, Jandy, salt system, heater, and warranty familiarity.
- Strong phone communication and organization.
- Scheduling, dispatching, warranty, or customer service experience.
- Ability to stay calm, helpful, and professional when customers have technical issues.
