The Carrie Brazer Center for Autism is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians in our Miami, Florida location (7530 Sunset Drive, Miami, Fl. 33143) Full time and Part time. RBT's will work alongside the classroom teacher and other RBT's. Students will be seen in the classroom, on the playground, and out on fieldtrips with the full support of our Team.

We specialize in using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as a tool to teach skills to children with Autism based on research in child development. Our services take place primarily in our small school setting. We create goals and assist you in making strides with each child.
Job Summary
A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is someone who works under the supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA. At this ABA job level, the Registered Behavior Technician is primarily responsible for direct implementation of treatment plans related to skill- acquisition and behavior reduction for children with Autism. RBT's will work inside the school classroom with support from the teacher.
The Open House will be held this WeekThursday and Friday from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM. and next Monday and Tuesday before Thanksgiving. We are seeking to hire three full-time RBTs with an approximate schedule of 8:45 AM–3:45/4:00 PM daily, depending on the number of hours approved for each client. Most of our clients are approved for 30–34 hours per week. Children's ages rage from 4-12 years old.
Requirements:
- Must be available to arrive at work daily by 8:00 AM
- Must have an active Medicaid provider number
- Must speak English proficiently
- Must not have a second job
We will only continue the Open House into next week if we do not hire three RBTs by the end of the day on Friday.Interviews will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. Responsibilities and Duties
- Collects treatment plan data
- Applies feedback and training on Registered Behavior Technician performance given by the lead BCBA or BCaBA
- Provides behavior support inside the classroom and outside at the home when applicable
- Attends a variety of training sessions and other related company meetings
- Adheres to applicable laws, rules, and regulations specified by regulatory agencies
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
- Registered Behavior Technician with the BACB
